Lori Kozlowski is an author, journalist, and published poet.

As a freelance journalist, she has written about various topics ranging from graffiti to growing businesses, the evolution of blue jeans to the disintegration of blues songs.

She currently works for the Los Angeles Times.

Ms. Kozlowski is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Master of Professional Writing Program.

June 28, 2008 A Night of Noir, presented by the University of Southern California Master of Professional Writing Alumni Association, Jethro Nededog and Lori Kozlowski, in conjunction with Akashic Books. Las Vegas Noir and Los Angeles Noir writers meet up and face off to find out which city produces darker fiction.
